The streets in my city are not mapped so many people have car GPS but they can't use them here and so I wanna create one and make a business off it. Anyone who can help please do! Thanks!
You'd have to contact the particular manufacturer. As of yet, there is no universal GPS navigator map format. (And you'd have to get a computer-readable map, and you'd have to annotate it with accurate Lat/Long data.)
